Alhamdulillah. Again, I have been given this great opportunity by Allah SWT with family and friends from Warga Kilang to give back to the community. Yesterday, we went for Jalan2 Masuk Kampung at Kepala Batas. First of all, salute to the key players of WargaKilang, Sdr Monier, Wahab, Aznee, Shukri and those i know their faces but i cant recalled their names. Not to forget, my supportive hubby and my angels. The effort done by these people are just amazing. I am speechless. No media coverage. It is just nothing. The only thing that these folks have is one word "Passion". These people are not millionaires, but they are "millionhearts".

Yesterday was quite tough. We were struggled with time. Most of us had to attend to our kids 'Year End Prize Giving Ceremony" before lunch. Once the event finished, we immediately heading to Gurun and gather over there before heading to Kepala Batas. In the middle of the highway, polis trafik pulak kacau...stopped one of the car - cermin gelap - i think it was rakan Pembela's car.

At any charity event I will try my very best to have my family around...this is the best family gathering and activities we should do in my version lah. My angels Irfan, Irdina and Irsyad were so happy giving their helping hand distributing the donation items for the less fortunate at Kepala Batas. At this modern era, especially those professional folks, we need to give exposures on this type of avenue to our kids. Our kids are so comfort with what they have and once a while let's move them out of comfort zone!

Monier and WargaKilang key players successfully gathered 50 less fortunate families at one of the restaurant near Kepala Batas Airport and we could see excitement in them. The donations handover ceremony went well, simple ceremony but so meaningful. These people (WargaKilang) are really good in what they do. Salute again guys!

 Looking at the houses, I am speechless ...i wonder how these people with low and medium income will have to rebuild their life from zero. There are just nothing left! NOTHING! Along the way we can see tonnes of damaged furnitures awaiting for Majlis Perbandaran to collect. I saw many cars towed by towing cars too. The villagers were busy with house cleaning etc.

I agree with what said by Monier, despite of making huhahuha whether the YB of UMNO or PAS or state or federal helping out the people or not, WHY NOT WE OURSELVES ASKING, WHAT DO I CONTRIBUTE? WHAT I HAVE DONE TO HELP OUT?  These are the questions that we should ask as a responsible citizens.


Taking WargaKilang as a superduper great example...you dont have to be a millionaire to help out and contribute. There are many many ways to help out and it really doesnt take much for you to do so. The photos explained. The way WargaKilang do things is always inspirational to me - it is very impromptu and simple but the result is superb. It is proven in many charity works done by the team. The donors just have to donate anything relevant, available and they can afford it and there is no minimum limit. And again, the team do not busy for media coverage. These people are very passionate in what they do and love to do to help out the less fortunate. Allah swt is the great media coverage and we have Raqib and Atid watching us. Why busy with media coverage?

Oh! Apakah yang saya merepek ini :). In summary...i urge everyone to give back to community. Penglibatan yang baru seminit dua dengan WargaKilang ini mengajar saya tentang banyak aspek kehidupan.
