Blueberry Cheese Pie

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera

Lamanya tak update blog. Sungguh busy dengan urusan dunia. Work getting tough lately. My hubby triggered me that if i get stucked normally i will cook. I didnt realize that but i think i have to agree with him when i flipped through the file ;). So here i would like to share one of my "stress" product. Blueberry Cheese Pie. It is very simple, my own version. There is a complicated one out there if you want to. I did it to stock up my fridge for my heroes and heroin when i am at work. My 3 kids no longer stay with babysitter when i am at work, only the youngest.
So here you go.

Bahan2 Crust:
- 2 cawan tepung gandum
- 1 cawan mentega...u can use vege oil too
- 2 tea spoon of baking powder

Filling:
- Layer 1: Philadelphia Cheese
- Leyer 2: Bakeable Jem + 2 tea spoon of corn flour

Cosmetic:
- 1 biji kuning telur

The steps...just follow the photos below.

Uli bahan2 crust menjadi doh. Then canai bahan2 crust bagi nipis.
Alas dgn plastik, nanti senang nak telangkupkan ke pan.

Make sure size tepung yg di canai tu lebih sikit dari size pan.
Nanti nak kelim tepi dia.

Telangkupkan tepung tu dan ngejas lah bagi comey.

Kelim tepi dia guna jari.
Perlu guna 2 belah tangan...i was taking photo with my other hand ;)

Ginilah rupa dia after kelim keliling pan tu.
Cucuk2 kan base dgn garpu utk elak air bubble.
Masukkan ke dalam oven. Bake bagi agak2 masak.

Kuarkan pie crust dr oven.
Potong cheese kecil2 dan letakkan di atas base crust tadi.
Masukkan kembali ke dalam oven.
Bakar sebentar utk bagi cheese melt.

Kuarkan crust sekali lagi dari oven.
Masukkan campuran blueberry jem + tepung jagung tadi ke atas cheese.

 Kalau ada lebihan crust yg dicanai tadi, hiaskan diatas filling layer 2/blueberry.
Sapu crust dgn kuning telur. Bakar hingga masak.

Tak sempat nak amik gambaq full. Dah kena serang dek heroes.

 

Dah boleh dimakan ;)

Kalau nak crust rangup lebihkan mentega...atas selera masing2 lah. Kalau rajin boleh guna fresh fruits.
